Since 1987 our chef de cuisine Martin Friedrich has been responsible for this constant praise. Together with 20 employees, he serves you seasonally coordinated dishes that combine tradition and zeitgeist in a fresh, versatile and emphatically clear way. By concentrating on just a few flavours per dish, he knows how to emphasise the excellent quality of the ingredients used, most of which are regional. So that every bite melts on your tongue - from the first to the last course.
Our menu changes weekly and is composed according to market offers. In addition we offer daily changing lunch menus.
Our kitchen team takes your orders daily, without rest day, from 12.00 to 13.30 o'clock. After that our snack card is on display. Dinner is not possible in the current time.

The boss's hobby? Manifested above all in the wine list. Here you will find a selected cross-section of many well-known wine-growing regions of the national and international wine world, but also fine wines from less well-known addresses. The evening menu then turns into a casual wine tasting, where you can taste the wines of the respective winegrower with different dishes and get into lively conversation.
