Swimming & Sauna
In our elegant, 750 m² bathing and sauna area you can relax actively or passively with a few refreshing lanes through our 29 °C warm swimming pool with whirlpool and various massage jets or with two or three courses in the bio-, Finnish or steam sauna. A popular alternative on summer days: our park-like garden with outdoor pool, shower, playground, sunbathing area and stream. Our fitness room is at your disposal for your workout.

Whether before breakfast or after hiking, golfing or skiing - in our elegant bathing and sauna landscape you can relax actively or passively. For example with a few refreshing lanes through an 8 x 18 m swimming pool. In the adjoining relaxation room with glass dome you can enjoy the view of the greenery.
We offer water gymnastics on Mondays and Thursdays from 7.45 am to 8.15 am. Join in and strengthen your heart, circulation and muscles with targeted exercises that do not overstrain.
Leisure hoursSauna & steam bath
Wonderfully relax, switch off and do something good for your body after an active day - our sauna area with Finnish sauna, steam bath and bio sauna invites you to do so. Take a seat in the Finnish sauna if you like dry heat around 90°C. The steam bath is recommended for its pleasant and excellent effect on mucous membranes, respiratory tract and skin.
And the bio sauna? Combines both in a moderate way - i.e. at medium temperatures and medium humidity.
Training Indoor wie outdoorFitness
A quick run on the treadmill, the crosser or the bike - that's also good for holidays, especially if you miss the fitness equipment at home.
With this in mind: Use our seven exercise machines in the fitness room, which can be individually adjusted to your wishes. Alternatively, we will of course be happy to explain where you can find routes for your usual running training in the immediate vicinity or what the Rothaar Arena in neighbouring Westfeld has to offer with its Finnbahn, fitness course and training trails.

If you spend summer days with us, you will fall in love with our 6,000 m² garden. Only a few steps away from the main house, it offers you surprising variety:

- a covered sunbathing area with showers and changing rooms,
- a lawn for sunbathing with a view of gnarled chestnuts,
- a rippling stream
- and a children's playground that shows how big our heart is for our little guests.
